Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli is taking break from international cricket.
The star cricketer and his wife Anushka Sharma have travelled to the neighbouring country of Bhutan to spend some peaceful time away from their glamorous life in India.
In a recent picture, which is making the round on the internet, Virat and Anushka are being greeted on arrival in Bhutan.
The couple are putting up at the Six Senses - a luxury hotel chain in the capital city of Thimpu in Bhutan.
Virat has been playing extensively after the World Cup and last took a break in January 2019 when he sat out the final two ODIs against New Zealand and the T20 series that followed.
In Virat’s absence, Rohit Sharma is leading the team in the three-match T20I series vs Bangladesh. Virat will be back for the two Test matches against Banagladesh, which also includes India’s first day-night Test match in Kolkata from 22 November.
